Shipping Policy

At Niney’s Wonder Oil, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders both within and outside of Europe.

Within Europe:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day if the products are in stock. If out of stock, processing time will take 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping within Europe takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Outside Europe:

• Processing Time: For orders outside of Europe, products are processed within 1 business day if in stock. If out of stock, processing time will take 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Time: Once processed, international shipping outside of Europe takes approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Policy

At Niney’s Wonder Oil, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a few guidelines for returns:

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used oils and hair care products. All sales of these items are final.

Returnable Items:

You may return the Natural Hair Journal if you are not satisfied, as long as it is returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means the journal must be unused and not written in.

Return Process:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
• Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
